• Only legally claimable expenses may be submitted. By sending LATS your documents, you confirm your intention for LATS to claim these expenses on your behalf.
• LATS cannot be held liable for any omissions resulting from incomplete or withheld information.

🔹 Full Disclosure

• By submitting your documents, you declare full disclosure of all income sources, expenses, allowances, and capital transactions. You agree to provide complete and accurate information. LATS will rely on the documents and details you provide and will not independently audit or verify them.

🔹 Professional Conduct

• LATS adhere to the professional standards and ethical guidelines of our registered institute. By engaging LATS services, you agree that LATS will act in accordance with these standards.
• If you proceed with LATS services without signing a formal engagement letter, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

LATS acknowledge that the SARS eFiling platform may occasionally be inaccessible due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond SARS’s control (e.g., hacking, power outages, or system failures). In such cases, LATS cannot be held liable for delays or inability to process returns or payments.
